Free consultation. No fee unless we win.Call or text (949) 942-5728

Nothing up front. We work on contingency, which means our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you. If we do not recover, you owe no attorney fee. The consultation is always free.

It depends on the severity of your injuries, the treatment you need, your lost income, how the injury affects your life, and the available insurance. Our free case evaluation gives a rough starting range, and a conversation with us will give you a much better picture.

For most personal injury cases, the deadline to file a lawsuit is three years from the date of the injury. Claims against cities, counties, or the state require a written notice of claim first, which adds time. Some deadlines are shorter, so do not wait to get advice.

You can still recover. Washington uses pure comparative fault, so your recovery is reduced by your percentage of fault but not eliminated. Insurance companies often overstate a client's fault, and we push back on that.

You can give them basic information like your name and contact details, but we recommend not giving a recorded statement or signing medical authorizations before speaking with a lawyer. Those statements are used to reduce claims.

Usually your own Personal Injury Protection (PIP) coverage pays first, then health insurance. We help set that up and work to keep bills out of collections while your case is pending.

Not necessarily. Underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage on your own policy, or a household member's policy, can pay the difference. We review every available policy.

Most cases settle. But insurers pay fair value when they believe your lawyer is ready and willing to try the case, so we prepare every case that way. If a fair offer does not come, we file suit.

Many cases resolve within several months after you finish medical treatment. Cases that go into litigation can take a year or more. We will not settle before we know the full extent of your injuries.

Yes. We represent people injured throughout Washington, from Bellingham to Vancouver and Spokane. Consultations can be done by phone or video, and we can meet in person when needed.

This page is general information, not legal advice for your situation.

Don't undersell your case.

Talk to a trial lawyer before you talk to the insurance company. The consultation is free, and you pay nothing unless we win.
