Motorcycle Accident Lawyers
Riders face bias from adjusters and juries. We know how to take it head on.
Motorcycle crashes cause some of the most serious injuries we see: fractures, road rash, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal injuries. They also come with a built in problem. Insurance adjusters, and sometimes jurors, assume the rider was speeding or reckless before they look at a single fact.
We counter that with evidence. Scene measurements, vehicle damage, witness statements, and video often show what really happened: a driver who turned left without seeing the bike, changed lanes into it, or pulled out of a driveway.
Common motorcycle crash patterns
- Left turning vehicles crossing in front of a rider
- Drivers changing lanes into a motorcycle in a blind spot
- Rear end impacts at lights and in traffic
- Road hazards, gravel, and poorly maintained pavement
- Doors opened into a rider's path
Issues specific to motorcycle claims
- PIP is often not available on a motorcycle policy, so early medical bills need a plan from day one.
- Helmet use comes up in almost every case. It does not decide fault for the crash, and we address it directly.
- Your own UIM coverage is frequently the largest source of recovery when injuries exceed the other driver's limits.
- Bike damage, gear, and custom parts are recoverable property losses.
Don't undersell your case.
